At some point after our first studio session and some encouraging gigs there was an idea of mixing some tibetan instruments to our sound. The question was how, who could have such instruments? We contacted the then leader of the buddhist student organization of the University of Helsinki, and he suggested that Pekka Airaksinen, who was a respected member of the Finnish buddhist community, could help us. We were like, wow, you mean the same legendary Pekka Airaksinen, who also was part of the Finnish underground experimental music scene in the late sixties? He gave us Pekka's phone number, and we called him. Pekka was interested and said yes.

So in the summer of 2000, we booked the same studio as before for one weekend, and Pekka drove few hundred kilometres down to Kouvola to play some free music with us youngsters. We recorded three pieces, everything on one take, and that was it. A magical moment for us, and Pekka seemed to enjoy it too. There were some themes or ideas for each song, but once we started to play, it was totally free.
